SPA 24 Hours - 5-6 August 2000

The Mardi Gras Honda Integra finished 7th in class and 14th overall in Europe's top 24 hour Saloon Car Race at Spa in Belgium. Of the 82 cars that started the race 42 completed the distance.

The team were overjoyed to finish the race after sustaining heavy accident damage when a Belgian Honda Integra spun in front of the car. The car was running comfortably on the pace of a top five finish but this, and other mechanical gremlins, dropped the car down the order.

The car was driven by regular pilot Tobia Masini, successful GT racer Stephen Day and fellow National Saloon competitor Matt Kelly.
